Learning Series
In 2003, the Partnership launched its Learning Series, which is a series of seven community convenings - each around a specific topic as collaboratively agreed upon as pressing issues by Partnership members. The goals of the Learning Series were:
- To raise awareness of these priority areas within the Orange County community as identified via the Orange County Health Needs Assessment at www.ochna.org
- To clarify and articulate potential strategies for addressing the issues
- To find out 'who is doing what' around each of the areas within the county, statewide, regionally and nationally; and ultimately
- To use the information gleaned from the Series to assist in selecting the next major project of the Partnership.
